Herbal teas are generally safe to use, if used correctly. Please educate yourself or consult with a qualified professional before using a new herbal tea or herbal blend. Although rare, herb and drug interactions may be possible. Please consult with your healthcare provider before using new herbal products, especially if you are on medication, suffer from any medical conditions, use chronic medication or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Many herbs are not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please avoid products if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Many herbal teas have a blood thinning action and should therefore not be used before surgery.
